Terms of Membership

Last revised — May 2026

1. Membership

Membership is open to adults aged 18 or over. By applying, you confirm you meet that requirement and that the information you supply — including your pseudonym, prompts, and assessment answers — is truthful and your own.

2. Conduct

You agree not to:

  • impersonate another person or invent a false identity;
  • harass, threaten, or send sexual content to other members;
  • solicit, advertise, or recruit for outside services;
  • attempt to circumvent rate limits, RLS, or other safeguards;
  • scrape, automate, or republish other members’ dossiers.

3. Content you submit

You retain ownership of the words and portraits you upload. By posting them, you grant Cerebra a non-exclusive licence to display them inside the society for the purpose of running the service. We may remove content that violates these terms or the law.

4. The assessment

The reasoning index is a curated puzzle, not a clinical instrument. It exists to start interesting conversations. Treat the resulting score and band accordingly — with humour and humility.

5. Termination

You may close your account at any time from the dossier page. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms, with notice when possible.

6. Liability

The society is provided “as is.” We do not guarantee a match, a reply, or an outcome. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from your use of the service is limited to the fees you have paid us in the prior twelve months.

7. Changes

We will notify members of material changes to these terms via the registered email. Continued use after the notice constitutes acceptance.
